i just can't concentrate on my studies 2nite.. i keep on reading these scholarly articles about crime, but i can only think of one thing.. a friend of mine. yes, and he is male. no, we aren't dating cuz he is a friend. i guess i think about my friends a lot. doesn't matter if they are male or female! but i know that my next male best friend is gonna be my sweetie 4ever. too bad i don't know who he is yet. :) enough already.. lol. i luv u all no matter what and u know it.

k, what have i been doing??
let's see.. i had a birthday on june 7 (ouch that hurt), but the good news is i got an xbox 360 for a present! honestly, the 360 rules. i am streaming all 4000 songs from my external hard drive that's hooked up to my laptop that's on the network with my 360 and desktop (yeah, the desktop works great now). since i have an HDTV, the games look unbelievably awesome and i decided i deserved to spend a little money and get the pioneer surround sound 5.1 system they made for the 360. i set it up fine, but the middle speaker wasn't working cuz i didn't have it set on auto - yeah, i still don't have a sweetie to share with and help me with stuff. and yeah, i'm playing the games alone. sigh. :) but i fixed it sunday and my neighbors are definitely gonna hate me.
i got to play halo 3. k, i sucked at it.. but i never said i was good. lol.
i also treated myself to 2 games - oblivion and burnout revenge (both were cheap cuz they are a year old already). burnout revenge totally rules my world! i love that game! i can get home from work and in 5 minutes, i am laughing, screaming and basically stress free. lol. i also really like streaming my music to the 360 cuz i can replace the "game" music with mine. that's especially nice in the live arcade.
i'm in my 4th quarter of graduate school! whoa! that was fast.. phew! i'm taking criminology (theory) and abnormal psychology this quarter.
i'm going to seattle in august for a few days/week.
i might tell u my gamer tag if you beg me.. lol.

it was quite a journey to get back on here though. i had to actually type in my password. wtf??? ok. ok. i know. they are tightening up. but sheesh, i had to type in:

manually download some plug-in for Windows Media Player 11 (ok.. i guess) so i can hear music in Firefox from my site.. k, now i'm starting to get tired.. and i pay $$$ for this service.
finally, after all that.. log into my site with my new password so i can save it.

enter some freaky code so they can REALLY be sure it's me and i can read and type..

after 4 - count them - f-o-u-r weeks of dealing with my dead desktop, i have finally succeeded in bringing it back to life with an operating system. everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. at one point it was dead for 4 straight days. sheesh, all i did was move! so 2nite i'm creating the recovery disks for my new laptop cuz i needed a computer for school. (btw, i had recovery disks for the pc, but they didn't work so had to order new ones). what am i getting at? haha. it's a jack johnson nite cuz while i'm creating the recovery disks i can's expand iTunes so i'm stuck on a few dozen jack johnson songs. hey, i wouldn't mind but i gotta stay awake. :) did u know jack johnson is from here in hawai`i and was a pro surfer, then a surf photographer/film maker here on north shore, o`ahu? at 17 i guess he had a major surfing accident which changed his life. wow, what a change. he's awesome. :)
oh yeah, while i was looking at my itunes music list earlier, i saw i have 4006 songs for a total of like 143 days of music. ;) hey if he was single, i could ask jack over to listen to some tunez with me..
